You can live in the town and the village together

Some people desire for the life in the village, but their family is against it, because they prefer to urban life. There are places in Slovakia where they can live in towns, which are also attributes of rural areas. One of those places are Medzilaborce. Medzilaborce is a great asset because of their clean air comparable to the atmosphere in the High Tatras, since there is little industry. My mother, when she had first arrived here, she said that the air is as in the High Tatras here. In a nearby village Palota is by measuring even cleaner than the air in the High Tatras. Therefore I recommend Medzilaborce to those who have respiratory problems due to air pollution.
Another big advantage of Medzilaborce are low housing prices in the town. Perhaps are the cheapest in Slovakia. In 2008 we purchased a one-room apartment at the housing development of Medzilaborce for 4979 Euros and in the year 2010 one lady bought the same apartment for 5974 Euros in our entrance of housing unit. Even the prices of larger apartments are far cheaper here than in other cities. This is due to the fact that there are few job opportunities. When you buy a flat, it is necessary to avoid ESTATE AGENCY, because you would buy for more expensive then. Living in Medzilaborce is suitable for retirees, people who work abroad long period and of course for those looking for two in one, it means the town and village in one place. Please note that if, for example, in town Košice sell one-room apartment for 33 193 Euros in Medzilaborce buy a similar apartment for 5974 Euros. You can live decently with the money that you receive by the difference in selling and buying a flat in Medzilaborce, even if you have not work temporarily. And besides, you can leave part of the money to capitalize the bank. And parcels are incomparably cheaper here, so you can realistically start thinking about buying land and constructing a house. If it is now in Medzilaborce lack of job opportunities, it does not mean that it will be so forever. After some time perhaps investors will arrive to Medzilaborce and open new businesses or factories. Data from year 2004 says that in Medzilaborce was at that time 6665 inhabitants. Most people are Rusin nationality here. In year 1995 Rusin language was codified in Slovakia. If anyone would be interested to learn bisidovati (speak) in Rusin language, willing Rusins (admittedly, not all are willing) will teach you in our bisidovati (speak). And languages are learned the best when one lives in an environment where the language normally used. They are also known Rusin beautiful melodic songs. Andy Warhol Museum is the largest magnet of Medzilaborce that attracts tourists.
Transport links to Medzilaborce is by bus or rail. Trains also goes to nearby Poland. On the Polish border is about 11 km. Medzilaborce charm and attractiveness are so uncontested. I hope I give you a good idea.
